The three pillars on which Freemasonry resides. And Lodge Polmont like every other Masonic Lodge, prides itself on it’s charitable donations. But charity is not only about money. It’s about Support, time, encouragement, empathy, assistance and much much more.
Below are a selection of Lodge Polmont’s charitable endevours within our local community and beyond

Our brother Secretary once again made an appeal to brethern for selection boxes which were donated to Enabled Scotland Falkirk branch. Neil and Maureen would like to thank the brethren of lodge Polmont for their generosity once again. 88 selection boxes were handed out by Santa Claus at their annual Christmas party and a cash donation of £103 was put towards the party.
Total raised £367


Angela Bennie and RWM had the privilege of presenting a cheque for £200 today 20th November 2025 to Strathcarron Hospice in memory of her dad PM Bro. Jim Bennie.

RWM had the privilege on behalf of the lodge to present a cheque to John Brown from Meadowbank car4u for the sum of £200.
Meadowbank car4u is a local run charity who take patients undergoing cancer care to hospital for their appointments.


A big big massive thanks to the brethren of lodge Polmont for your generosity, this evening the RWM handed over 133 selection boxes to the Enabled Scotland Falkirk branch for young adults with learning difficulties.

The Image below shows Bro Alex Dalgettie presenting a cheque for £28,875 to Director of Prostate Scotland, Adam Gaines. They are surrounded by cyclists, helpers and contributors from “Hiram’s Wheels” being a group formed to promote fitness and fundraising within the Province of Stirlingshire and Freemasonry, in general.
The total monies raised are from numerous events and functions linked to the initial 105 mile cycle which was undertaken in October 2016.
The next fundraising venture for this intrepid group is a Charity Abseil from the Falkirk Wheel on Sunday 8th October in aid of Maggies Centre, Forth Valley Royal Hospital.
